Program Supervisor
If you have leadership experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, join us at BlendedCommunities.
We’re seeking a dynamic human services professional to serve as a Supervisor in one of our programs.
In this role, you’ll lead program staff to provide high-quality services to individuals we support.
Your energy and passion will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Operations Director.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field or at least 5 years of experience in a human services delivery system. Your experience should include providing direction, development, and implementation, as well as direct supervision and monitoring of staff involved in care and service plans for clients.
You must have a genuine passion for working with people with intellectual disabilities and other physical or mental challenges. At least 3 years of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Your demonstrated leadership ability, effective relationship-building skills, and coordination abilities will be key.
High energy, goal orientation, and the ability to inspire people are vital. You should have access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance and be able to pass a background investigation and central registry check.
Direct Support Professional

We’re looking for motivated, flexible, bright, energetic, responsible, and organized individuals to join us as full-time DSPs.
In this role, support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness, fostering their growth.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but your true passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a must.
Previous experience working with individuals facing behavioral challenges or mental illness is preferred.
